Spectators and BBQ

There are numerous opportunities for spectators to cheer the competitors along.

The pub is the focus of the day and provides the best location for spectators as it is the finish of the 20 Km bike ride and the start and finish of the 5 Km run. Runners complete three laps around the village, passing the pub on each lap - so there is plenty of opportunity to shout encouragement to the participants as they sprint past!

The event itself is followed by a BBQ and prize giving at The Plume of Feathers.
